Listed below are rules of engagement for Shark__Meat, relating to all interations commercal or personal.
Shark__Meat holds the right to make changes and update this document as they see fit at any time with notice only to clients whom have made a down payment before time of change.
1. All artwork produced, published, and/or credited to Shark__Meat, or their legal identity, are protected under the Copyright Act of 1976
Shark__Meat is entitled to take legal action against any party found editing, redistributing, copying, and/or selling any products produced, punlished, and/or credited to them or their legal idenity.
2. Shark__Meat will not produce any personalized, client based products relating to the following topics.
a. Incestual themes, whether romantic or sexual
b. Depictions of fetishized materials relating to sexual violence
c. Depictions of any concept created using Generative AI
d. Any concept they deem to be too complex or
e. Any depiction of a minor in a NSFW scenario
Due to the broad nature of "NSFW", this list summarizes main topics:
a. Sexual: No.
b. Drug Use: Depends on model depicted,16+ only
c. Criminal Activity: No sexual criminal activity, nonexplicit depictions of other activity
Shark__Meat holds the right to use certain topics stated above for personal or commercial products whilst refusing commission of personalized products for individual clients
3. All payments for commissioned products are made in 20%/30%/50% installments using Cashapp or Paypal:
20% Down Payment: This ensures all needs are meet so production can begin as soon as possible30% Payment at Final Sketch: Done before render starts, ensures the products matches clients expectations and standards, payment is consent to start render process50% Final Payment: Done after final edits and confirmation from client the product is complete. After payment, client will receive the unwatermarked version of the product (depending on the software used, a timelapse may also be provided)
Shark__Meat holds the right to stop production at any time and void the commission. Refunds will be offered and available to the affected client, will have a 1-2 week wait time depending on total price.
4. All personalized products produced for individual clients may use the product for all purposes except those listed below:
a. Any distribution of the product that does not clearly reference or state Shark__Meat, or their legal identity, as the producer and/or creator of said product
b. To include the product in any commercial product or format that was not explicitly stated and consented to before the Down Payment was paid
c. To be edit, modify, or change the product to depict themes or topics that would otherwise not have been depicted due to clauses in this TOS.
d. To include the product in any project or catalogue featuring generative AI
e. To include the product in any project or catalogue featuring themes of depictions that are against clauses in this TOS that were not stated and consented to before the Down Payment was paid
Shark__Meat holds the right to stop production and refuse refund in the event a client is proved to have conspired any of the actions above at anytime, before or after a payment was made.
5. Clients hold the right to stop production at anytime. Any payments made will be paid back at 90% of total amount paid. Shark__Meat holds the right to keep the 10% in fee of possible wasted materials and time.
6. All communications, whether personal or commercial, shall only be conducted by individuals whom are 16+ or older. Shark__Meat is not a minor, any attempt by a minor to engage in any form of NFSW themes or topics will result in a block to their account. Only clients 18+
may request sexual or highly graphic themes for products.
